Executive Profile

Karl Schneider, President of TMA – Thomas-Matthew Associates has a tenured career in the staff augmentation and professional services industry. He has held various sales and management positions within the industry since 1994. Karl has significant experience working directly with Fortune 500 organizations as well as mid-size and emerging companies. He personally ensures that Thomas-Matthew Associates provides the best talent as well as maintains first-class customer service.

Prior to starting TMA – Thomas-Matthew Associates, Karl was Director of Sales and Operations for a regional IT staffing firm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University. He is a long time resident of the Philadelphia area and lives in Newtown, PA with his wife, where he raised his three children. Karl Has volunteered with many youth organizations and is currently assisting a local high school wrestling team.
